We asked International Bonsai Master, Craig Coussins , to illustrate some examples 
of what wiring can do to help you create a masterpiece
  

Literati Scots Pine approximately 150 years old from Craig Coussins Studio wired with KWire.
This pine is now part of the Kirkham collection

Designed by Craig Coussins this 300 year old Scots Pine, known as Twin Dragons, was needle
pruned, cleaned and reduced then wired entirely with KWire over a four day period with friends.

                           
           
           
             Craig wired this large Juniper Squamata in one session of four hours

 
In another demo he restyled this very large old Pinus Radiata in a demonstration.
Craig Coussins prefers KWire for wiring conifers.

 

This tall Juniper Squamata was reduced and pruned to allow light into
the structure. This image is 2002.  Craig had  this tree since 1984 and
it was already 25 yours old by then. It had been through a series of styles.

Craig believes and teaches that a Bonsai or Penjing should look good
from all angles.
